Galileo hosted its Welcome Back Assembly, on October 1st, 2021, the first school assembly since the start of the pandemic. The assembly was originally scheduled for September 10th, but due to weather and sound system complications it was postponed. This was the first assembly hosted on the field instead of the auditorium, due to COVID restrictions. The assembly included introductions to ASB, administrators, counselors, and security guards. It also included performances by the Drum Corps, Galileo Cheer Squad, Lion Dance, and the K-pop club.
