San Francisco mayor, Ms. London Breed was a surprise participant to the annual Halloween costume at lunch in the courtyard on Monday, October 31st. Mayor Breed, dressed up as the queen from the Netflix show “Bridgerton” took home first place. In addition to the contest, the cheerleaders sold Boo Bags, and after the competition, many students went to take pictures with Ms Breed and celebrated this spooky competition.
