Games, food, competitions, all awaited AVID students on the football field on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at the annual AVID Palooza. The Palooza is hosted and planned by AVID seniors for all other AVID students. The Palooza has been a Galileo tradition for AVID students for the last 10 years. First time participant, freshman Michelle L., says, “I think it was pretty good. Not what I expected, but I had a good time with my friends.”
On the other side, senior Jacob L., who played a big hand in helping to coordinate the palooza, said, “It was fun to host this year and getting to put my ideas in this years fair.”
