7 Days of Inspiration (Stephanie Vi)

By Stephanie Vi, staff writer

Everyone has lowlights and highlights in their day, my highlights consist of food and my hamster!

Milk Frother, This gave me inspiration because now I can make my matcha at home and not spend $5 a day on matcha since I usually kickstart my day with a cup of matcha!

My first homemade matcha with vanilla sweet cream cold foam on the top was very motivating, especially because I made it myself!

I baked some homemade red velvet cupcakes with buttercream frosting for my boyfriend’s parents! This really moved me because I made these from my heart and they really enjoyed them.

After school, I decided to make some fruit puff pastries. It really encouraged me that day since puff pastries are very difficult to make if you do not have the right technique. But, it came out so well for my first try!

I haven’t had starbucks matcha in a couple of days since I’ve been making it at home, but today I finally bought a matcha latte again! This was very uplifting because starbucks matcha tastes a lot better than my homemade matcha.

This smoothie bowl gave me a drive for the day since it was my first meal of the day, it is a smoothie bowl with my favorite fruits such as bananas and kiwis!

My hamster out in broad daylight. Hamsters are crepuscular so they come out during the times of dawn and night so this isn’t normal for him to come out during this time. So this gave me a lot of inspiration because I was happy to see him 🙂
