Before heading into the spring break, the Galileo Lion’s swim team competed in their 3rd meet of the season on Friday, March 17th against the Lowell Cardinals at Hamilton Aquatic Center (Hamilton pool). With two more meets left before the AAA Sprint Meet, where all the schools come together and compete at the same time, the Lions looks to prepare and validate themselves against the rest of the schools.
Top performers for the Lions included sophomore Kenny Tang recording a 54.88 & coming in 1st for the 100 free, and senior Dante Wong with a 1st place (23.90) in the 50 free contest, while also breaking his own personal record.
