Junior Class hosts first Halloween pep rally

To celebrate Halloween, the class of 2026 hosted a pep rally that included various games in the Van Ness Gym on October 31. The event was able to bring juniors from different classrooms together to enjoy their Halloween morning.

Junior class president Vicky Li explained why the cabinet decided to host the pep rally, saying, “We did it for the community since Song and Yell was pushed back to the spring and a lot of students are bummed out about that.”

Overall, the officers were very happy with how the pep rally turned out. Vicky said, “I’ve heard from a lot of juniors say that the pep rally was very fun and that they would like to do it again. In my opinion hosting these types of events where a lot of effort is made definitely pays off.”
